Col. David Devasahayam is the Chairman and Managing Director and founder of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Jawaharlal Nehru University along with a master’s degree in science in defence studies from University of Madras. He has also completed the 44th session of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has served in the Indian Army for over twenty four years. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation in 2005. He has 18 years of experience in relation to his professional association with the Company. He received an award at the Security Leadership Summit in 2011 and was also awarded one of Asia’s Greatest Leader Award by ‘Asia One’ in 2018.
Being a military veteran, the Founder has inculcated a set of unique skills, training, and discipline within the workplace. With a strong work ethic, core values of integrity and loyalty, self-direction, and motivation, we are able to run seamless, transparent, and efficient operations. Our workforce also boasts excellent communication skills and team players who put clients and their needs above all. Mr. Muthuraman is Director – Strategy & Investor Relations at Radiant Group of Companies. He is former Director – Ratings at CRISIL Ltd where he has handled credit rating assignments across various sectors and has also played a key role in establishing a credit offshoring business for global financial services companies.
With 25 years of experience in the financial markets in India and abroad, Muthuraman has a keen insight in the areas of financial analysis, credit risk evaluation, corporate governance, fund raising, M&A, valuation and capital structuring.
Muthuraman is an engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy and a management graduate from IIM, Bangalore.
Mr. Karthik Sankaran is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 4, 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Madurai Kamaraj University. With a track record of 20-plus years of experience in the IT industry, he comes with the experience of leading onshore-offshore teams.
Ms. Shampa Das (Shampa) ,Senior Vice President at RGS heads the Operations. She has been associated with RGS since 2021. Shampa has over 25 years of experience in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry, having led large and diverse teams in the Research & Analytics and Data Services verticals. She is an M.Phil from Madras University and is also a qualified Project Management Professional PMP®, from the Project Management Institute, Inc.
Mr. Balabharathy (Bala) leads the client project teams at RGS in his role as the Senior Manager (Projects). Associated with RGS since 2021, Bala comes with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and leadership. He has completed his MBA in Finance from the Pondicherry University.
